LOCATION (specific): Rockingham St, Bellows Falls 

VIOLATION:Driving Under the Influence (3rd Offense & Criminal Refusal), Ignition Interlock Required, Possession of Regulated Drugs 

ACCUSED: Johnathon M. Kinney (age 31) 

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Saxtons River, Vermont 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 30th, 2020 at approximately 2340 hours, the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Johnathon M. Kinney, age 31, of Saxtons River, Vermont for driving under the influence, ignition interlock required, and possession of regulated drugs. 

Kinney’s vehicle was stopped on Rockingham St after an officer observed motor vehicle violation. After meeting with Kinney, the officer observed signs of impairment and Standardized Field Sobriety Test’s were administered. At the completion of the test’s Kinney was arrested for DUI and ignition interlock required. During a search of Kinney’s person incident to arrest, regulated drugs were located in his pocket. 

Kinney was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for the purpose of processing. At the completion of processing he was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on 08/04/2020 to answer to the charges.
