 ACCUSED: Jessica R. Reeves (age 26)                                            

 CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Newport, New Hampshire          

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 25^th, 2022, at approximately 2117 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Jessica R. Reeves, age 26, of Newport, New Hampshire on an active instate arrest warrant issued by the Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division.

 An officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Hapgood St and identified the operator of the vehicle as Reeves. It was subsequently discovered that she had an active arrest warrant. Reeves was taken into custody and transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department. She was ultimately lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $100.99 bail.

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 05/07/2022 the Bellows Falls Police Department received a report that a female had been assaulted and her cat was injured in the process. As a result, Kaleb Cosgrove was taken into custody on a motor vehicle stop and charged with Domestic Assault and Cruelty to an Animal. Cosgrove was issued Conditions of Release and cited to appear in court at a later date. The Bellows Falls Police Department was assisted with this case by the Walpole Police Department, and the Windham County Sheriff's Office.

LOCATION (specific): Rockingham St and Atkinson St, Bellows Falls                 

VIOLATION: Possession of Cocaine & Arrest on Warrant 

ACCUSED: Timothy Carleton (age 28)                                            

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Bellows Falls, Vermont

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On February 12^th, 2022, at approximately 1036 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rockingham St. After stopping the vehicle, the operator was identified as Timothy Carleton, 30, of Bellows Falls. It was subsequently discovered that Carleton had an active arrest warrant issued by the Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division with bail set at $200. Carleton was arrested and placed in the police cruiser for transport to the BFPD for processing.

 Officers developed probable cause that there were illegal drugs inside of the vehicle which Carleton had been driving, and it was ultimately seized and brought to the BFPD until a search warrant was obtained. A search of the vehicle revealed cocaine inside of the vehicle. Officers attempted to locate Carleton to issue him a citation to appear to answer to the new charge, however, were unsuccessful. An arrest warrant was obtained for Carleton’s arrest for the new charge of possession of cocaine.

 On April 13^th, 2022, at approximately 0231 hours, officers located Carleton walking on Atkinson St. Carleton was taken into custody and lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $200 bail. Carleton was additionally cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 04/13/2022 to answer to the new charge.

 **UPDATE**

A search warrant was obtained for Carleton’s belongings which he was carrying at the time of his arrest for the second active instate arrest warrant. At the conclusion of this investigation, Carleton was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 06/21/2022 to answer to the charge of Possession of Methamphetamine.
