SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: The Bellows Falls Police Department is investigating an incident which happened on Atkinson Street in Bellows Falls on Friday May 21, 2021, at approximately 10:00 pm. Officers responded to a report of a subject involved in an altercation at that location. The other subject involved was not located at the scene and subsequent search of the area did not turn up the other subject. Anyone with information pertaining to this incident is asked to contact the Bellows Falls PD.

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 19th, 2021 at approximately 1556 hours, officers with the Bellows Falls Police Department cited Brenden Chisholm, age 29, of Bellows Falls, Vermont on an active instate arrest warrant issued by the Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division. He was ordered to appear in court on 05/20/2021.

 ACCUSED: Keith J. Tyrrell Jr (age 33)                                            

 CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Bellows Falls, Vermont  

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On January 13th, 2021 at approximately 1959 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Keith J. Tyrrell Jr, age 33, of Bellows Falls, Vermont on an active instate arrest warrant (mittimus).

 Officers learned of the warrant for Tyrrell’s arrest and found him in the driveway of a residence on Forest St. Tyrrell was taken into custody and transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department. He was ultimately transported to Southern State Correctional Facility and lodged on a mittimus.

 ACCUSED: Gregory M. Hecht (age 30)                                           

 CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Bellows Falls, Vermont  

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 13th, 2021 at approximately 1905 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Gregory M. Hecht, age 30, of Bellows Falls Vermont on an active instate arrest warrant issued by the Vermont Superior Court Windsor Criminal Division.

 Officer’s responded to a residence on Crowley Dr after learning that Hecht had an active arrest warrant. Hecht was ultimately taken into custody and transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department. He was ultimately released on citation to appear on 05/14/2020, per the court.

 VIOLATION: Driving with Criminally Suspended License & Violation of Conditions of Release        

 ACCUSED: Michael J. Nauceder (age 27)                                       

 CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Rockingham, Vermont   

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 12th, 2021 at approximately 1543 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Michael J. Nauceder, age 27, of Rockingham, Vermont for driving with a criminally suspended license and violation of conditions of release.

 Nauceder’s vehicle was stopped on Westminster St when an officer observed him driving and discovered his license was criminally suspended. It was also discovered that Nauceder was in violation of his court ordered conditions of release.

 Nauceder was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing. Nauceder was ultimately released on a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court - Windham Criminal Division on 06/22/2021.

 ACCUSED: Timothy Dickinson (age 30)                                         

 CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Bellows Falls, Vermont  


 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 14th, 2021 at approximately 1901 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department cited Timothy Dickinson, age 30, of Bellows Falls, Vermont for retail theft from a local business as well as violation of conditions of release.

 Officers responded to Walgreens after receiving a report of a male who had just walked out of the store with a 12 pack of Twisted Tea without paying. The subject was ultimately identified as Dickinson.

 Dickinson was ultimately released on a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court - Windham Criminal Division on 06/01/2021 to answer to the charges.

 DATE/TIME:  04/11/2021 at approximately 0003 hours                                                                  

 LOCATION (specific): Old Terrace, Bellows Falls & Rte 121, Westminster                      

 VIOLATION: Negligent Operation, Driving Under the Influence   

 ACCUSED: Shane D. Lisai (age 48)                                    

 CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Saxtons River, Vermont

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 11th, 2021 at approximately 0003 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Shane D. Lisai, age 48, of Saxtons River, Vermont for negligent operation and driving under the influence.

 Officers received a BOL (be on the lookout) for a vehicle operating in an erratic manner. An officer ultimately located the suspected BOL vehicle and observed motor vehicle violations while on Old Terrace in Bellows Falls. The officer attempted to conduct a motor vehicle stop on the vehicle as it traveled into the Town of Westminster on Route 121. The vehicle stopped shortly thereafter, and the operator was identified as Lisai. Indicators of impairment were observed, and Standardized Field Sobriety Test’s were administered. At the conclusion of the tests Lisai was arrested for negligent operation and DUI.

 Lisai was transported to the Vermont State Police – Westminster Barracks for the purpose of processing. At the completion of processing, Lisai was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 06/01/2021 to answer to the charges.
