SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 10/09/2020 Bellows Falls Police attempted to stop a motor vehicle on Rockingham St. in Bellows Falls for a motor vehicle violation. The vehicle failed to stop in Vermont and travelled over the bridge to North Walpole, New Hampshire where it stopped in a business parking lot. The operator was identified by Bellows Falls Police and Walpole Police as Danny Richey, 54, of Claremont, New Hampshire. Richey was ultimately arrested by Walpole Police Department on unrelated charges. Richey’s privilege to operate a motor vehicle was found to be criminally suspended in the state of Vermont and Richey was later cited by Bellows Falls Police to appear in Windham County Superior Court- Criminal Division on November 24^th, 2020 at 08:00 hours to answer to the aforementioned charge. The Bellows Falls Police Department was assisted by the Walpole New Hampshire Police Department.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 10/04/2020 at approximately 0110 hours the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Artem Pigarey of Fall Church, Virginia for Driving Under the Influence and Negligent Operation. One of the Officers on duty observed multiple moving violations and conducted a motor vehicle stop. The subsequent investigation lead to Pigarev’s arrest for Driving Under the Influence and Negligent Operation. Pigarey was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing and Lodged in lieu of 1,000 dollars bail. Pigarev was cited to appear in the Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division at a later date and time to answer for the charges.

On 10/01/2020 at approximately 0050 hours the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Jamie L. Thomson of Bellows Falls, Vermont for Driving Under the Influence. One of the Officers on duty observed a moving violation and conducted a motor vehicle stop. The subsequent investigation lead to Thomson’s arrest for Driving Under the Influence. Thomson was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing and released on citation to appear in the Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division at a later date and time to answer for the charge.
