SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 07/16/2020 at approximately 1945 hours the Bellows Falls Police Department
arrested Justin L. Vire Sr of Charlestown, New Hampshire for Driving Under the Influence.
A Bellows Falls Police Officer observed several moving violations and conducted
a motor vehicle stop. During the traffic stop Vire displayed indicators of
impairment. The subsequent investigation lead to his arrest for Driving Under
the Influence and Negligent Operation . Vire was transported to the Bellows Falls
Police Department for processing and released on citation to appear in the
Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division at a later date and time to answer
for the charges.
