SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 7^th, 2020 at approximately 0120 hours the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Bruce Wakefield, of N. Walpole, NH for Driving Under the Influence of alcohol.

An officer on duty conducted a traffic stop on Wakefield’s motor vehicle on Atkinson St. While the officer was speaking with Wakefield, he observed signs of impairment. Investigation at the scene of the stop led to Wakefield’s arrest.

Wakefield was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing and was later released on a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division at a later date.

ACCUSED: Dylan J. Graves (age 28) 

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Ludlow, Vermont  

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 19th, 2020 at approximately 1949 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Dylan J. Graves, age 28, of Ludlow, Vermont for driving with a criminally suspended license. 

Graves vehicle was stopped on Rockingham St after a motor vehicle violation was observed. After identifying the operator, it was discovered that his license was currently criminally suspended in the State of Vermont. 

Graves was arrested and transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing. At the completion of processing she was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on 08/25/2020.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 19th, 2020 at approximately 2:14 am, Bellows Falls Police Officers responded to an address on Westminster St. in Bellows Falls for a report of an individual sleeping on their porch that did not reside there. Officers arrived and located Robert F. Lawrence who had two open warrants for his arrest. Lawrence was taken into custody and transported to the Southern State Correctional Facility.
