SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 26th, 2021 at approximately 6:30 pm, Bellows Falls Police observed suspicious activity occurring on Westminster St. in Bellows Falls. As a result of the investigation, Donald Crawford of Bellows Falls was found to be in possession of 50 glassine bags of Heroin. Crawford was arrested and processed at the Bellows Falls Police Department where he was released on citation to appear at a later date.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 26th, 2021 at approximately 8:54 pm, Bellows Falls Police received a 911 call reporting a disturbance at the Dari Joy on Rockingham St. in Bellows Falls. As a result of the investigation, Donald S. Hammett, of Milton, FL was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was ordered held on $200 cash or surety bond with conditions. He was held at the Southern State Correctional Facility pending his citation date.

 Officer’s located Goodrich in the parking lot of a local business and ultimately learned that he had an active arrest warrant. Goodrich was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 06/24/2021, per the warrant.

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 23rd, 2021 at approximately 0949 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Julie M. Bright, age 34, of Athens Vermont on an active instate arrest warrant issued by the Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division.

 Officer’s located Bright in the parking lot at 1 Hospital Court. Bright was ultimately taken into custody and transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department. She was ultimately transported to Southern State Correctional Facility by the Windham County Sheriff’s Office in lieu of $200 bail.

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 18th, 2021 at approximately 0822 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Joshua Lescord, age 34, of Rockingham, Vermont for VCR and Possession of Heroin.

 An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle ultimately discovered to be driven by Lescord. During the duration of the stop a consent search was conducted and 20 bags of suspected heroin/fentanyl was located. It was further discovered that Lescord was in violation of his active court ordered conditions of release.

 Lescord was arrested and transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for the purpose of processing. At the completion of processing, Lescord was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 06/21/2021 to answer to the charge as well as updated conditions of release.

On June 22, 2021 The Bellows Falls Police Department investigated the complaint of a domestic disturbance taking place at 36 Front Street. As a result of this investigation, Maliki Hazen-Hernandez, age 21 of Bellows Falls was taken into custody and processed for the offense of Domestic Assault. Hazen-Hernandez was issued conditions of release and a citation to appear in the Windham Superior Court – Criminal Division on June 23, 2021 at 1230 hours

 ACCUSED:    Gary B. Anderson       Age: 67           City/State: Bellows Falls, VT                 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 6th, 2021, at approximately 1:11 am, officers from the Bellows Falls Police Department located a male down on the ground on Westminster St. near the intersection with Henry St. Golden Cross Ambulance was contacted. The male, identified as Gary Anderson, was transported to Springfield Hospital and later to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Mr. Anderson was pronounced deceased at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center on June 14th, 2021. The Bellows Falls Police Department is investigating with the assistance of the New Hampshire Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.  The NH Medical Examiner has determined that the manner of death was accidental. This case remains under investigation and anyone who may have been in the area at the time or has direct information is urged to contact Det. Sgt.  SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 06/11/2021 at approximately 7:10 pm the Bellows Falls Police Department received information about potential drug activity occurring at a residence on Williams Street in the Village of Bellows Falls. An investigation was conducted during which Officers were granted written consent to conduct a search of the residence. During the search, Officers seized approximately 28 grams of Cocaine packaged for distribution, as well as a digital scale. Subsequently, Rogers F. Adika of Rutland Vermont was arrested for Possession of Cocaine Greater than 2.5 grams and cited to appear in Windham Superior Court on 08/31/2021 to answer the charge. The Bellows Falls Police Department was assisted by the Walpole NH Police Department. 

This is part of an ongoing effort from the Bellows Falls Police Department Community Action Team to address the ongoing issue of criminal activity and narcotics activity in the Bellows Falls Area.  ACCUSED: Ryan J. Goodrich (age 36)                                            

 CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Putney, Vermont

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 13th, 2021 at approximately 1204 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Ryan J. Goodrich, age 36, of Putney, Vermont for driving with a criminally suspended license and violation of conditions of release.

 Goodrich’s vehicle was stopped on Rockingham St when an officer observed a motor vehicle violation. Subsequent investigation led to the discovery that his license was criminally suspended in the State of Vermont. It was also discovered that Goodrich was in violation of his court ordered conditions of release.

 Goodrich was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing. Goodrich was ultimately released on a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court - Windham Criminal Division on 06/22/2021.

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 26th, 2021 at approximately 1513 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Charles A. Delmoro, age 46, of Bellows Falls on an active instate arrest warrant issued by the Vermont Superior Court - Windsor Criminal Division.

 Officers began searching for Delmoro for an unrelated incident. While looking for Delmoro it was discovered that he had two active arrest warrants for his arrest. Delmoro was ultimately located and taken into custody without incident. Delmoro was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department and ultimately lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $400 bail.

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 28th, 2021 at approximately 1507 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Anthony F. Gagnier, age 38, of Springfield, Vermont for VCR.

 An officer stopped a vehicle on Westminster St after observing a motor vehicle violation. After making contact with and identifying the occupants of the vehicle it was discovered that Gagnier had court ordered conditions not to have contact with another person who was in the vehicle.

 Gagnier was arrested and transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for the purpose of processing. At the completion of processing, Gagnier was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 06/01/2021 to answer to the charge. Gagnier was ultimately lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $200 bail.
