SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On August 31^st, 2020 The Bellows Falls Police Department responded to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Westminster Street and Atkinson Street. After an investigation into the incident, Jerald Buffum age 50, of Bellows Falls, VT was taken into custody and processed for DUI #1. Buffum was later issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 09/15/2020 to answer to this offense.
