SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 10th, 2021 at approximately 6:05 pm, Bellows Falls Police arrested Joshua L. Wyllie on West St. in Bellows Falls for an outstanding arrest warrant. Wyllie was processed and lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 15th, 2021 at approximately 3:50 pm, Bellows Falls Police located Joshua G. Sargent at the Rodeway Inn in Rockingham, VT. He was arrested for two outstanding arrest warrants. He was lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility soon after.

 ACCUSED:    Dustin Giroux             Age: 38           City/State: Guilford, VT              

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 18th, 2021 at approximately 10:45 pm, Bellows Falls Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on US Rt. 5 by Coolidge St. in Westminster, VT for a traffic violation. As a result of the stop, the operator, Justin Giroux of Guilford, VT was found to be in possession of LSD (Acid) and prescription pills. Giroux was issued a citation to appear in the Vermont Superior Court-Windham Criminal Division at a later date.

 VIOLATION: Driving with a Criminally Suspended License & Violation of Conditions of Release  

 ACCUSED: Ashley M. Cloutier (age 29)                                          

 CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Westminster, Vermont    

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 8th, 2021 at approximately 0952 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Ashley M. Cloutier, age 29, of Westminster, Vermont for driving with a criminally suspended license and violation of conditions of release.

Cloutier’s vehicle was seen driving south on Atkinson and Westminster St when the officer observed a motor vehicle violation. The officer caught up to the vehicle on Rte 5 in Westminster and conducted a traffic stop. After identifying the operator as Cloutier, it was discovered that her license was criminally suspended  and she had active conditions of release which she had violated.

Cloutier was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing. Cloutier was ultimately released on a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court - Windham Criminal Division on 05/25/2021.

VIOLATION: Domestic Assault, Interference with Access to Emergency Services

ACCUSED: Travis BR. Morcom (age 20)                                        

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Newport, New Hampshire          

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 9th, 2021 at approximately 0337 hours, the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Travis BR. Morcom, age 20, of Newport, New Hampshire for Domestic Assault and Interference with Access to Emergency Services.

Officer’s responded to a residence on Russell St after receiving a report of an altercation. As a result of the investigation, Morcom was arrested for the listed charges.

Morcom was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing. At the completion of processing Morcom was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on 04/09/2021 to answer to the charges and lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 bail.

VIOLATION: Driving with a Criminally Suspended License, Driving Under the Influence          

ACCUSED: Keith W. Atkins (age 66)                                              

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Brattleboro, Vermont      

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 9th, 2021 at approximately 1858 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Keith R. Atkins, age 66, of Brattleboro, Vermont for driving with a criminally suspended license and driving under the influence.

An officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Rockingham St on a vehicle ultimately discovered to be driven by Atkins. The officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on the vehicle as the vehicle made a right turn onto the New Arch Bridge. After meeting with Atkins, the officer observed signs of impairment. Atkins was ultimately arrested for DUI and DLS.

Atkins was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for the purpose of processing. At the completion, Atkins was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 04/27/2021 to answer to the charges.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On April 10th, 2021 at approximately 2029 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Anna M. McNeill, age 30, of Springfield, Vermont for driving with a criminally suspended license.

McNeill’s vehicle was stopped on Westminster St when an officer observed a motor vehicle violation. After identifying the operator as McNeill, it was discovered that her license was criminally suspended.

McNeill was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing. McNeill was ultimately released on a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court - Windham Criminal Division on 05/25/2021.
