On 12/24/2020 at approximately 2339 hours the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Heather A. Johnson of Springfield, Vermont for driving with a criminally suspended licenseOne of the Officers on duty observed an equipment violation and conducted a motor vehicle stop. The subsequent investigation lead to her arrest for driving with a criminally suspended licenseJohnson was released on citation to appear in the Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division at a later and time to answer for the charge.

VIOLATION:Driving with a Criminally Suspended License 

 

ACCUSED: Gary A. Lescord Jr. (age 37) 

 

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Bellows Falls, Vermont  

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On December 12th, 2020 at approximately 1133 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Gary A. Lescord Jr, age 37, of Bellows Falls, Vermont for driving with a criminally suspended license. 

 

Lescord’s vehicle was seen driving west on Old Terrace when the officer observed a motor vehicle violation. The officer caught up to the vehicle after it had crossed into Westminster on Route 121 and conducted a traffic stop. After identifying the operator as Lescord, it was discovered that his license was criminally suspended. 

 

Lescord was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing. Lescord was ultimately released on a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court - Windham Criminal Division on 01/26/2021.
