 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On October 21^st, 2021, at approximately 1553 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Kristen S. Smithwick, age 35, of Falmouth, Massachusetts for negligent operation, driving under the influence, and leaving the scene of an accident.

 Bellows Falls Dispatch received numerous calls regarding an erratic driver traveling northbound on Route 5 in the Town of Westminster almost into the Village of Bellows Falls. The vehicle was described as being all over the road and traveling at a high rate of speed. It was also reported that there was damage to the front of the vehicle.

 Officers located the vehicle on Atkinson St and made contact with operator, Smithwick. Signs of impairment were observer and Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered. At the conclusion of the tests, Smithwick was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI and negligent operation. It was subsequently discovered that Smithwick had struck a street sign causing damage on Route 5 in the Town of Westminster in the area of a local automotive shop and failed to notify anyone regarding this. Smithwick was additionally charged with leaving the scene of an accident.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 10/27/2021, the Bellows Falls Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Westminster Street for a motor vehicle violation. After an investigation, Alicia Getch was arrested for DUI. Getch was cited to appear in court at a later date and released to a sober party.

 ACCUSED: Kevin Cameron (age 56)                                               

 CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Brattleboro, Vermont      

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On October 9^th, 2021, at approximately 1300 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Kevin Cameron, age 56, of Brattleboro Vermont on an active instate arrest warrant issued by the Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division.

 Officer’s located Cameron at the Waypoint Center where he was ultimately taken into custody and transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department. Cameron was ultimately transported to Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $200 bail. Cameron was additionally issued a Vermont Municipal Violation Complaint for possessing an open container of alcohol.

 On October 11^th, 2021, at approximately 2005 hours, Officers again contacted Cameron at the Waypoint Center after discovering that he had failed to appear on said date as previously ordered and he again had an active arrest warrant. Cameron was again transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department. Cameron was transported to Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $200 bail.

After an investigation Brieanna Holiday was arrested for DUI 2, Criminal Refusal, and Grossly Negligent Operation. Holiday was cited to appear in court, and released to a sober party.

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: The Bellows Falls Police Department is currently investigating an incident involving a juvenile who was injured that occurred on October 21^st, 2021, sometime between the hours of 1500 and 1600 hours. This incident was reported to have taken place in the area of Atkinson St at the intersection of Butterfield Ave.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On October 15^th, 2021, at approximately 5:18 pm, Raymond E. Monty III of Bellows Falls, VT, was stopped on Green St. by an Officer from the Bellows Falls Police Department due to Monty’s driving privilege being criminally suspended. Monty was also found to be on conditions of release ordered by the Superior Court of Vermont-Windham Criminal Division, in which Monty was ordered not to operate a motor vehicle with a suspended license and not to engage in criminal behavior. Monty was arrested, processed at the Bellows Falls Police Department, and issued a citation to appear at a later date.

The operator, Raven Solomon of Hinsdale, NH, was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence-2^nd Offense and Driving Under the Influence-Criminal Refusal after an investigation. Solomon was processed and issued a citation to appear at a later date.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On September 30^th, 2021, at approximately 3:34 pm, Bellows Falls Police were dispatched to a reported disturbance on Russell St. in Bellows Falls. After an investigation, Travis B. Marcom, was arrested and charged with Domestic Assault and Aggravated Disorderly Conduct. He was ordered held on $200 cash or surety bond with conditions. He was later lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility pending his arraignment.
