ACCUSED: Wyatt M. Osgood (age 19)                                           

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Grafton & Bellows Falls, Vermont        

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 30th, 2020 at approximately 1013 hours, the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Wyatt M. Osgood, age 19, of Bellows Falls & Grafton, Vermont for Domestic Assault.

Officer’s responded to a residence on South St for a reported assault. An investigation was conducted and at the conclusion Osgood was arrested for domestic assault.

Osgood was processed at the Bellows Falls Police Department and issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on 06/01/2020 to answer to the charge.

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE:  Springfield, VT

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 24th, 2020 at approximately 0418 hours the Bellows Falls Police Department responded to a residence for a possible Violation of an Abuse Prevention Order. An investigation was conducted and at the conclusion of that investigation it was determined that there was probable cause to charge Brian Mattson of Springfield, Vermont with the crime of Aggravated Stalking and Violation of an Abuse Prevention Order.

Mattson was arrested for these offenses at approximately 2115 hours later that evening. Mattson was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department and was later transported to the Southern State Correctional Facility for lack of $25,000 bail. Mattson will appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 05/26/2020 at 1230 hours.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 21st, 2020 the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Brian Mattson of Springfield, VT for Violation of an Abuse Prevention Order. At approximately 0318 hours an officer responded to Williams St Ext for a report of a male in violation of a court order. After a brief investigation Mattson was taken into custody. Mattson was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing and was later transported to the Springfield Correctional Facility for lack of bail. Mattson was cited into Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 05/21/2020 at 1230.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 23rd, 2020 at approximately 2014 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Jeremy Duby, age 37, of Westminster Vermont on an active instate arrest warrant issued by the Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division.

An officer who was aware that Duby had an active arrest warrant was patrolling Center St when they observed Duby standing outside. Officer’s made contact with Duby, and he was arrested without incident. Duby was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department and ultimately released on citation to appear on 05/26/2020, per the court.

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Springfield, Vermont      

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 23rd, 2020 at approximately 1631 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Corrie L. Raynor, age 27, of Springfield, Vermont for driving with a criminally suspended license.

Raynor’s vehicle was stopped in The Square for suspicion that the operator was suspended. After identifying the operator as Raynor, she was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing. Raynor was ultimately released on a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on 07/28/20.

An officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle for suspicion that Goodrich was the operator and was known to have a criminally suspended license. Goodrich was found to be the operator and was cited into Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division at a later date.

An officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rockingham St for suspicion that the vehicle was being operated by a criminally suspended operator. Protas was identified and it was determined that his privilege to operate a motor vehicle was criminally suspended in Vermont. Protas was cited into Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 17th, 2020 the Bellows Falls Police Department cited Robert King of Bellows Falls for Disorderly Conduct. At approximately 1912 hours officers responded to the Penguin Mart for a fight between two males in the parking lot. The officer arrived and it was learned that the two parties had fled the scene together in a vehicle. The officer was able to contact those involved in The Square after initiating a traffic stop on a vehicle. A brief investigation led to King receiving a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division to answer the charge.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 12th, 2020 at approximately 2026 hours, the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Trinity G. Blais, age 53, of Bellows Falls Vermont for Domestic Assault and an active Instate Arrest Warrant 

Officer’s responded to a residence on Oak St after receiving a report of a disturbanceAs a result of the investigation, Blais was arrested for domestic assault and an active instate arrest warrant issued out of Chittenden County. 
  
At the completion of processing Blais was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on 05/13/2020 to answer to the charge of Domestic Assault. Blais was ordered held on $1000 bail and lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility. Blais was additionally lodged on the arrest warrant out of Chittenden County in the amount of $200.
