SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On January 15^th, 2020 the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Mark P. Dwyer, 59, of Canaan, NH for Driving Under the Influence of alcohol. At approximately 2045 hours an on duty officer was participating in the Vermont Governors Highway Safety Grant – DUI Task Force. A traffic stop was initiated for a motor vehicle violation. Subsequent investigation at the scene led to Dwyer’s arrest for DUI. Dwyer was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing and was ultimately released on a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 02/04/2020.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On January 31^st, 2020 the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Stacey M. Martin for Driving While Criminally Suspended and Violation of Conditions of Release. At approximately 0849 hours Martin was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. Investigation at the scene led to Martin’s arrest. Martin was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing and was later released on a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division.
