 VIOLATION:                                    Leaving the Scene of an Accident

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:      

On 03-30-2022 at approximately 2:29 p.m. The Bellows Falls Police Department received a complaint concerning a vehicle that had crossed the dividing yellow lane of the roadway and struck a pickup on Atkinson Street in front of the Greater Falls Pharmacy.

The vehicle is a dark blue, late model Toyota Corolla or Camary according to the victim. The Toyota received damage to its driver’s side front door, the rearview driver’s mirror was ripped from the vehicle.

The operator of the Toyota quickly left the scene and is believed to have headed towards Saxtons River. The Windham County Sheriffs Department and the Vermont State Police were requested to look for the vehicle.

The Bellows Falls Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in finding this vehicle or the operator.

 VIOLATION: Driving Under the Influence (4th Offense) & Driving with a Criminally Suspended         License           

 ACCUSED: Jill A. Macqueen (age 57)                                             

 CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Bellows Falls, Vermont  

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On March 30th, 2022, at approximately 1848 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Jill A. Macqueen, age 57, of Bellows Falls, Vermont for driving under the influence and driving with a criminally suspended license.

 Macqueen’s vehicle was stopped on Pine St for suspicion that she was driving with a criminally suspended driver’s license. After meeting with Macqueen, indicators of impairment were observed. Standardized Field Sobriety Test’s were administered, and at the conclusion of the tests Macqueen was arrested for DUI and DLS.

 Macqueen was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for the purpose of processing. At the completion, she was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 05/17/2022 to answer to the charges.

 VIOLATION: 1st Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault & Interference with Access to Emergency Services

 ACCUSED: Todd J. Albert (age 44)                                     

 CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Bellows Falls, Vermont  

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On March 29th, 2022, at approximately 2013 hours, the Bellows Falls Police Department received a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence in the Village.

An investigation was conducted, and at the conclusion of the investigation, Todd J. Albert, age 44, of Bellows Falls was arrested for 1st degree aggravated domestic assault and interference with access to emergency services. Albert was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on 03/30/2022 to answer to the charge and lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 bail, per the court.

VIOLATION: Driving Under the Influence (1st Offense)   

ACCUSED: Kyle P Bunce (age 22)                                      

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Marlborough, New Hampshire   

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On March 24th, 2022, at approximately 2343 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Kyle P Bunce, age 22, of Marlborough, New Hampshire for driving under the influence.

An officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Williams St on a vehicle ultimately discovered to be driven by Bunce. The officer stopped the vehicle on Rockingham St and after meeting with Bunce, the officer observed signs of impairment. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and at the conclusion of the tests Bunce was arrested for DUI.

 Bunce was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for the purpose of processing. At the completion, Bunce was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 04/12/2022 to answer to the charges.

 ACCUSED:  Brian Whidden       Age: 45       City/State: Bellows Falls, VT

                      Jeremy Duby           Age: 38       City/State: Bellows Falls, VT                  

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 01/14/2022 the Bellows Falls Police Department received a report that a checkbook had been stolen from a vulnerable adult in the Village of Bellows Falls, and that several checks had been cashed fraudulently in New Hampshire. After an investigation, Brian Whidden was charge with 3 counts of uttering a forged or counterfeit instrument. The Bellows Falls Police Department is applying for an arrest warrant for Jeremy Duby for 6 counts of uttering a forged instrument, financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult, and petit larceny. The Bellows Falls Police Department was assisted with this case by the Walpole Police Department.

 ACCUSED: Kathryn M. Peloski (age 29)                                         

 CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Bellows Falls, Vermont  

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On March 5th, 2022, at approximately 0104 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Kathryn M. Peloski, age 29, of Bellows Falls, Vermont for driving under the influence.

 An officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Westminster St on a vehicle ultimately discovered to be driven by Peloski. The officer caught up to and ultimately stopped the vehicle on Route 5 in the Town of Westminster. After meeting with Peloski, the officer observed signs of impairment. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and at the conclusion of the tests Peloski was arrested for DUI.

 

Peloski was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for the purpose of processing. At the completion, Peloski was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 03/22/2022 to answer to the charges.

 VIOLATION: Driving Under the Influence & Negligent Operation

 ACCUSED: John H. Blair Jr (age 36)                                               

 CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Bellows Falls, Vermont  

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On March 11th, 2022, at approximately 0037 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested John H. Blair Jr, age 36, of Bellows Falls, Vermont for driving under the influence and negligent operation.

 An officer observed several motor vehicle violations on a vehicle ultimately discovered to be driven by Blair. The officer caught up to and ultimately stopped the vehicle on Wells St. After meeting with Blair, the officer observed signs of impairment. Blair refused to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was arrested for suspicion of DUI and negligent operation.

 

Blair was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for the purpose of processing. At the completion, Blair was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 03/29/2022 to answer to the charges.
