SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On July 12th, 2020 at approximately 2137 hours, the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Frank C. Foster, age 31, of Rockingham, Vermont for 2nd Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault, Burglary, Unlawful Mischief and Interference with Access to Emergency Services.
Officer’s responded to a residence on School St after receiving a report of a fight that was occurring. As a result of the investigation, Foster was arrested for the listed charges.
Foster was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing. At the completion of processing Foster was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on 07/13/2020 to answer to the charges. Foster was ordered held without bail and lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility.
