SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On July 12th, 2020 at approximately 2039 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Benjiman Woodbury, age 35, of Bellows Falls, Vermont on an active instate arrest warrant issued by the Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division.
Officers met with Woodbury regarding another issue and ultimately discovered that he had the active warrant. Woodbury was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department and ultimately released on citation to appear on 07/13/2020, per the court.
