 ACCUSED: Nicholas S. Ragucci (age 30)                                        

 CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Springfield, Vermont

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On January 12^th, 2022, at approximately 1945 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rockingham St for a vehicle equipment violation. After stopping the vehicle, the operator was identified as Nicholas S. Ragucci, 30, of Springfield. Ragucci’s license was discovered to be criminally suspended in the State of Vermont. He was subsequently arrested for the crime.

 

Ragucci was ultimately transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for the purpose of processing. At the completion of processing Batchelder was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division to answer to the charge on 02/22/2022.
