SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On July 7th, 2020 at approximately 7:00 pm, Bellows Falls Police Officers located Robert F. Lawrence on Hospital Court in Bellows Falls. Lawrence had an active arrest warrant issued by the Windham Superior Court-Criminal Division. Lawrence was arrested and transported to the Southern State Correctional Facility.
