SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  

On 07/25/2020 at approximately 2102 hours the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Ryan M. Rounds of Walpole, New Hampshire for Driving Under the Influence. The Bellows Falls Police Department responded to the parking lot adjacent to the American Legion on Rockingham St. in Bellows Falls for the report of a two-car motor vehicle crash. While speaking with the operator the investigating officer observed many indicators of impairment. The investigation revealed that his operation almost caused a crash in the roadway on Rockingham St. He then drove onto the sidewalk and entered this parking lot and struck a parked and unoccupied motor vehicle. The subsequent investigation lead to his arrest for Driving Under the Influence and Gross Negligent Operation. Rounds was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing and released on citation to appear in the Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division at a later date and time to answer for the charges.

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE:  Bellows Falls, Vermont

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On July 27^th, 2020 the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Joseph R. Mcdonald of Bellows Falls, Vermont for Domestic Assault.

At approximately 1630 hours Officer’s responded to an address on Rockingham St for a reported disturbance. Investigation revealed that Mcdonald had committed the crime of Domestic Assault and was placed under arrest.

Mcdonald was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing. Mcdonald was ultimately released on conditions per the court and a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 07/27/2020.

The Bellows Falls Police Department was assisted by Walpole, New Hampshire Police Department with this incident.

ACCUSED: Michael S. Alexander (age 49) 

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Bellows Falls, Vermont 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On July 26th, 2020 at approximately 1516 hours, the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Michael S. Alexander, age 49, of Bellows Falls, Vermont for Interference with Access to Emergency Services and Violation of Conditions of Release. 

Officer’s responded to a residence on Westminster St after receiving a report of a disturbance. As a result of the investigation, Alexander was arrested for the listed charges. 

  

Alexander was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing. At the completion of processing Alexander was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on 07/27/2020 to answer to the charges. Alexander was ordered held on $500 bail and lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility.
