SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 07/09/2020 at approximately 2211 hours the Bellows Falls Police Department
arrested Kevin Hescock of Putney, Vermont for driving under the influence. The Officer
on duty observed a moving violation and conducted a motor vehicle stop. During
the traffic stop Hescock displayed indicators of impairment. The subsequent investigation
lead to his arrest for the above charge. Hescock was transported to the Bellows
Falls Police Department for processing and released on citation to appear in
the Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division at a later date and time
to answer for the charge.
