CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE:  Littleton, Massachusetts

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On July 2nd, 2020 at approximately 2222 hours the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Peter A. Feltus of Littleton, Massachusetts for Driving Under the Influence of alcohol.

Feltus’ motor vehicle was stopped on Rockingham Street following a motor vehicle violation. While speaking with Feltus there were indications of alcohol impairment and standardized field sobriety exercises were administered. At the conclusion of these exercises Feltus was placed under arrest.

Feltus was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing prior to being released on a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division at a later date.
