SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On July 4^th, 2020 at approximately 0018 hours the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Sean R. Donovan, 21, of Putney, Vermont for Driving Under the Influence of alcohol.

Donovans’ motor vehicle was stopped on Burt Street following a motor vehicle violation. While speaking with Donovan there were indications of alcohol impairment and standardized field sobriety exercises were administered. At the conclusion of these exercises Donovan was placed under arrest.

Donovan was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing prior to being released on a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division at a later date.
