SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On March 16th,
2020 at approximately 0011 hours, the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Kaylyn
M. Finnell, age 20, of Walpole New Hampshire for driving under the influence.
Finnell’s vehicle was stopped on Rockingham St after an officer observed a
motor vehicle violation. After meeting with Finnell the officer observed signs
of impairment and Standardized Field Sobriety Test’s were administered. At the
completion of the test’s Finnell was arrested for DUI.
Finnell was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for the
purpose of processing. At the completion of processing she was issued a
citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on 04/28/2020
to answer to the charge of DUI.
