SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On March 8th, 2020 the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Richard Torrey Jr. for Driving Under the Influence (Felony) and Driving While Criminally Suspended. At approximately 0048 hours an officer conducted a motor vehicle stop for a motor vehicle violation. Investigation at the scene led to Torrey’s arrest for the above violations. Torrey was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing and was later released on a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 03/09/2020 at 1230.
