SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On March 7^th, 2020 at approximately 1610 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Julie M. Bright, age 32, of Bellows Falls / Springfield Vermont on an active instate arrest warrant.

Bright was seen walking down Atkinson St. The arresting officer ultimately made contact with Bright at the intersection of Atkinson St and Williams St and took Bright into custody without incident.

Bright was arrested and transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for the purpose of processing. At the completion of processing she was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on 03/09/2020 and lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $200 bail.
