SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On March 27th,
2020 the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Joseph A. Romano, 42, of
Bellows Falls on two outstanding arrest warrants out of Vermont. At
approximately 2144 hours officers responded to Depot Street for a report of a disturbance.
Officers identified Romano as a person of interest and determined that he was
wanted. Romano was lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility for lack
of $51,000 bail.
