CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Bellows Falls, Vermont
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 7th, 2024, Officer Raymond interviewed a couple who reported an assault that occurred at the Shell Gas Station on Westminster Street.
Subsequent investigation and witness testimony led Officer Raymond to charge Breianna Jones of Athens Vermont, and Michael Webster of Bellows Falls Vermont with Simple Assault. Both Jones and Webster were issued criminal citations to appear before the Vermont Superior Court- Criminal Division on 8/6/2024 at 0830 hours.
