CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Bellows Falls, Vermont
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the
aforementioned date and time Officer’s with the Bellows Falls Police Department
observed Carl Record of Bellows Falls walking north on Rockingham Street.
Record was known to have an extraditable warrant from the State of Virginia.
Officers contacted Record in the parking lot of Walgreens and placed him under
arrest without incident.
Record was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for
processing. At the completion of processing, Record was issued a Vermont
Criminal Citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court Criminal Division on
7/29/2024 to answer to the charge of Fugitive from Justice. Record was ordered
held in lieu of $30,000 bail and lodged at the Southern State Correctional
facility.
