SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 28th, 2024, at approximately 2028 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested William Steele, age 44, of Bellows Falls, Vermont for Possession of Cocaine.
At approximately 2028 hours an Officer of the Bellows Falls Police Department witnessed William Steele operating a motor vehicle. Steele was known to officers to have a suspended driver’s license and an officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Atkinson St. At the completion of the stop, Steele was placed under arrest for Possession of Cocaine.
Steele was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for the purpose of processing. At the completion, Steele was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 8/6/2024 to answer the charge.
