SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On January 13th, 2023, at approximately 1759 hours, officers with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Jeremy Duby, age 39, of Bellows Falls on an active instate arrest warrant issued by the Vermont Superior Court – Windsor Criminal Division.
Duby was located at a residence on Cherry Hill St and was taken into custody without incident. Duby was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for the purpose of processing. Duby was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court - Windsor Criminal Division on 01/17/2023 to answer to the arrest warrant. Duby was transported to Southern State Correctional Facility and lodged in lieu of $500 bail.
