SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 6^th, 2021, at approximately 1:11 am, officers from the Bellows Falls Police Department located a male down on the ground on Westminster St. near the intersection with Henry St. Golden Cross Ambulance was contacted. The male, identified as Gary Anderson, was transported to Springfield Hospital and later to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Mr. Anderson was pronounced deceased at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center on June 14^th, 2021. The Bellows Falls Police Department is investigating with the assistance of the New Hampshire Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.  The NH Medical Examiner has determined that the manner of death was accidental. This case remains under investigation and anyone who may have been in the area at the time or has direct information is urged to contact Det. Sgt.
