 VIOLATION: Arrest on Warrant                                          

 ACCUSED: Ryan J. Goodrich (age 36)                                            

 CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Westminster, Vermont    

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 23rd, 2021, at approximately 0846 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Ryan J. Goodrich, age 36, of Westminster Vermont on an active instate arrest warrant issued by the Vermont Superior Court - Windham Criminal Division.

 Officer’s located Goodrich in the parking lot of a local business and ultimately learned that he had an active arrest warrant. Goodrich was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 06/24/2021, per the warrant.
