ACCUSED: Anthony F. Gagnier (age 38)
CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Springfield, Vermont
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 28th,
2021 at approximately 1507 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police
Department arrested Anthony F. Gagnier, age 38, of Springfield, Vermont for VCR.
An officer stopped a vehicle on Westminster St after observing a motor
vehicle violation. After making contact with and identifying the occupants of
the vehicle it was discovered that Gagnier had court ordered conditions not to
have contact with another person who was in the vehicle.
Gagnier was arrested and transported to the Bellows Falls Police
Department for the purpose of processing. At the completion of processing, Gagnier
was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal
Division on 06/01/2021 to answer to the charge. Gagnier was ultimately lodged
at Southern State Correctional Facility in lieu of $200 bail.
