SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 16th, 2021 at approximately 1145 hours, officers with the Bellows Falls Police Department cited Timothy Dickinson, age 30, of Bellows Falls, Vermont on an active instate arrest warrant issued by the Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division. He was ordered to appear in court on 06/17/2021.
