DATE/TIME:  08/06/2022 at approximately 2012 hours                                                                  

LOCATION (specific): Westminster St, Bellows Falls                    

VIOLATION: Driving Under the Influence

ACCUSED: Cory F. Walker (age 38)                                               

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Putney, Vermont

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On August 6th, 2022, at approximately 2012 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Cory F. Walker, age 38, of Putney, Vermont for driving under the influence.

Walker’s vehicle was stopped on Westminster St after an officer observed a motor vehicle violation. After meeting with Walker, indicators of impairment were observed. Standardized Field Sobriety Test’s were administered, and at the conclusion of the tests Walker was arrested for DUI.

Walker was transported for the purpose of processing. At the completion, he was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 09/27/2022 to answer to the charge.
