investigated the complaint of a male subject causing a disturbance in front of
the Bellows Falls Town Hall located at 7 The Square. As a result of this
investigation, Ryan Avery, age 45, Homeless, was issued a citation to appear in
the Windham Superior Court – Criminal Division on September 1st, 2022
at 1230 hours to answer to the offense of Aggravated Disorderly Conduct and
Unlawful Mischief.
