SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On August 20th, 2022, at approximately 2324 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Tylisha M. Stone, age 21, of Springfield, Vermont for driving under the influence.
Stone’s vehicle was stopped on Rockingham St after an officer observed a motor vehicle violation. After meeting with Stone, indicators of impairment were observed. Standardized Field Sobriety Test’s were administered, and at the conclusion of the tests Stone was arrested for DUI.
Stone was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for the purpose
of processing. At the completion, she was issued a citation to appear in
Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 10/11/2022 to answer to
the charge.
