SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 17th, 2022, at approximately 0144 hours, an officer with the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Dylan T. Sheltra, age 20, of Bellows Falls, Vermont for driving under the influence.
Sheltra’s vehicle was stopped on Wells St after an officer observed a motor vehicle violation After meeting with Sheltra, indicators of impairment were observed. Standardized Field Sobriety Test’s were administered, and at the conclusion of the tests Sheltra was arrested for DUI.
Sheltra was transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for the purpose of processing. At the completion, he was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division on 07/05/2022 to answer to the charge.
