SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 15^th, 2020 the Bellows Falls Police Department cited Ryan J. Goodrich of Rockingham, VT for driving with a criminally suspended license. An officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle for suspicion that Goodrich was the operator and was known to have a criminally suspended license. Goodrich was found to be the operator and was cited into Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division at a later date.
