SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 16th, 2020 the Bellows Falls Police Department cited Philip J. Protas from Springfield, VT for driving with a criminally suspended license. An officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Rockingham St for suspicion that the vehicle was being operated by a criminally suspended operator. Protas was identified and it was determined that his privilege to operate a motor vehicle was criminally suspended in Vermont. Protas was cited into Vermont Superior Court – Windham Criminal Division.
