ACCUSED: Michael Quinones (Age 52)

 

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Bellows Falls, Vermont

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 9th, 2024 at 19:49 hours, Officer’s with the Bellows Falls Police Department were dispatched to a residence on Atkinson Street for a male unconscious in his vehicle.

 

Subsequent investigation determined Michael Quinones (Age 52) of Bellows Falls operated his vehicle on Atkinson Street prior to pulling into his driveway. Quinones consented to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and at the conclusion of those tests, Quinones was arrested at the scene for DUI- Drug. Quinones was then transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing and at the completion of processing, Ovaitte was issued a Vermont Criminal Citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court Criminal Division at a later date.
