SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 11th, 2024, Officer’s with the Bellows Falls Police Department conducted a traffic stop on South Street in the town of Bellows Falls.

 

Subsequent investigation determined Taylor Ovaitte (Age 23) of Bellows Falls was impaired to the point she was unsafe to operate a motor vehicle. Ovaitte was taken into custody at the scene and transported to the Bellows Falls Police Department for processing. At the completion of processing, Ovaitte was issued a Vermont Criminal Citation to appear at the Windham Superior Court Criminal Division at a later date.
