SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On November 27th, 2022, the Bellows Falls Police Department responded to Laurel Ave at 2034 hours for a possible domestic assault. At approximately 2055 hours Colby Long, age 24, of Bellows Falls Vt turned himself in to the Bellows Falls Police Department and was charged with Domestic Assault.
