SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 11/28/2022 the Bellows Falls Police Department received a report of an
assault that had just occurred. As a result of the investigation, James T
Lacomb III was arrested and charged with 1st Degree Aggravated Domestic
Assault. He was cited to appear before the Honorable Court on 11/28/2022 and
released. The Bellows Falls Police Department was assisted in this case by the
Walpole (NH) Police Department.
