SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 08-19-2022 at approximately 11:02 a.m., The Bellows Falls Police Department received a call from an employee of the Shell convenience store located at 97 Westminster Street in Bellows Falls.
The employee called to state that a male had walked out of the store with a bottle of liquor and after reviewing the security footage had done this on multiple occasions.
The subject, Kaanan Kane who is known to Officers of the Bellows Falls
Police Department was subsequently located and was issued a citation to appear
in the Windham County Superior Court- Criminal Division to answer to the charge(s)
on November 8, 2022, at 8:00 a.m.
