 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On October 2nd, 2021, at approximately 2:17 am, Bellows Falls Police conducted a traffic stop on Old Terrace Rd. in Bellows Falls, VT. The operator, Raven Solomon of Hinsdale, NH, was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence-2nd Offense and Driving Under the Influence-Criminal Refusal after an investigation. Solomon was processed and issued a citation to appear at a later date.
