 DATE/TIME:  10/21/2021 between 1500 (3pm) and 1600 (4pm) hours                                          

 LOCATION (specific): Atkinson St in the area of Butterfield Ave, Bellows Falls              

 SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: The Bellows Falls Police Department is currently investigating an incident involving a juvenile who was injured that occurred on October 21st, 2021, sometime between the hours of 1500 and 1600 hours. This incident was reported to have taken place in the area of Atkinson St at the intersection of Butterfield Ave.

 The Bellows Falls Police Department is requesting that anyone who may have witnessed this incident and or has cameras in this area contact the police department at 802-463-1234.
