SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On September 30th, 2021, at approximately 3:34 pm, Bellows Falls Police were dispatched to a reported disturbance on Russell St. in Bellows Falls. After an investigation, Travis B. Marcom, was arrested and charged with Domestic Assault and Aggravated Disorderly Conduct. He was ordered held on $200 cash or surety bond with conditions. He was later lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility pending his arraignment.
