SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 07/29/2020 at approximately 0047 hours the Bellows Falls Police Department
arrested Gwen R. Coger of Chester, Vermont for Driving Under the Influence. One
of the Officers on duty observed several moving violations and conducted a
motor vehicle stop. While speaking with the operator the investigating officer
observed indicators of impairment. The subsequent investigation lead to his arrest
for Driving Under the Influence. Coger was transported to the Bellows Falls Police
Department for processing and released on citation to appear in the Vermont Superior
Court Windham Criminal Division at a later date and time to answer for the
charges.
