SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On August 2, 2020 at approximately 1549 it was reported to the Bellows Falls Police Department that there had been a dog bite in the area of Westminster Street. The subject that was bitten describes the dog as small, white and “fluffy” weighing approximately 10 pounds wearing a red collar. Walking the dog was a male described as approximately 6’ dark hair with some grey. The male was wearing a red hat and also walking a larger dog that was described as possibly a black lab mix.
